About Us
“FEEDING THE VILLAGE” Is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) that is fully inspired by Monica the granddaughter, of the late great Frances Catherine Harper.
The goal is to feed more of the hungry and provide a free hot meal as well as a place to sit down and eat it. We will also partner with other businesses and organizations to provide them with the proper resources needed to help them become self-sufficient
OUR MISSION
Is simple to provide resources to individuals in need regardless of circumstances. "FEEDING THE VILLAGE" is committed to making a impact on the quality of life and restoring the dignity of those we serve when providing a hot meal to any member of our community.
Our VISION: Is to assure that no one goes hungry in our community and no one is denied the opportunity or assistance to become self-sufficient.
FEEDING THE VILLAGE is determined to make a difference in the lives of our community's most vulnerable population. Monica has a vision to feed individuals throughout Allegheny County who are experiencing food insecurities. FEEDING THE VILLAGE is particularly concerned with people in economic distress - families who may not have community support and who were often exploited.
